When you are ready to check out, review your order and change the "Quantity" if needed. Then "update bag" before placing your order. Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. However, your order will be adjusted and you will be notified if we are out of stock on an item you have ordered.
The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale or copies of our clothing. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale and design purposes.
Please refer to the size chart to determine your size when ordering from Daal Clothes. Because sizing and cut will vary between styles, please use this as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us by email.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
If we are out of stock for an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
In the U.S., sales tax is charged only to states where Daal Clothes has a physical presence. Currently this is only in the State of New York.
Customers placing orders from outside of the U.S. are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on their orders.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship as requested pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship as requested. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
We currently ship only to the U.S., Canada, Japan, and South Korea. We use UPS for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. boxes. We do not offer special Saturday delivery. In the U.S., we also offer express (2-3 day) and overnight delivery through UPS.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Daal Clothes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Daal Clothes. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. The items should NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and must have ALL tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ALL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
